Worm trials carried out on the two soil management treatments. No earthworms were found under the conventional management treatment.

 
 
September 2005  

Site was exposed to the largest storm events since the start of the monitoring programme. Rainfall intensities reached 46.4mm/hr on 05/09/05 and 34.8mm/hr on 08/09/05. Substantial erosion took place on the conventional treatment, particularly in the tractor wheelings.

The Vegetated surface remains stable
